Shipping Instructions

Please note:

  • Our products are shipped by domestic UPS Ground or international UPS Expedited.
  • The maximum number of umbrellas per internet order is limited to two (2).  Fax/Mail orders are unlimited.
  • Shipments to some countries may require special instructions.
  • The consignee agrees that all standard UPS shipment conditions (found at www.ups.com) will apply.
  • Shipping and Handling will be added to your order and charged to your credit card.
  • You will receive, via email or fax, an order confirmation with the total charged to your credit card.  You will also receive a detailed packing list including all charges with your order.
  • If the shipment cannot be delivered or is refused by the consignee, the consignee agrees that we can charge all cost to return the shipment to us including a 30% restocking fee to the credit card.
